Bit Digital said its holdings of Ethereum and its stake in WhiteFiber gave it a combined asset value of $797.6 million as of July 31, 2026, including 164,842.2 ETH and lsETH worth about $306.7 million and roughly 27.0 million WhiteFiber shares valued at $640.9 million.
The company said it held 74,174 ETH and lsETH in staking positions, generating a 3.2% annual yield, with an average ETH acquisition price of $3,007.63.
On the WhiteFiber side, Bit Digital said it owned about 60% of the business, which it valued at $640.9 million in the presentation. The company also pointed to a delayed-draw term loan tied to Bit Digital and WhiteFiber of up to $150 million.
Bit Digital said WhiteFiber’s AI infrastructure footprint included about 11 megawatts online in 2025, with a target of about 70 megawatts online by the end of 2026 and a pipeline of about 1.5 gigawatts. The company said the platform had about 7,500 NVIDIA GPUs contracted and more than 20 customers.
The presentation highlighted July 2026 cloud wins totaling more than $540 million in recent aggregate cloud contract value, alongside just under $1 billion in remaining performance obligations as of June 30, 2026.
Bit Digital also said its shares were trading at $1.31 as of July 31, 2026, compared with an illustrative mNAV per share of $2.21, implying a 41% discount.
