Korn Ferry posted first-quarter fiscal 2027 fee revenue of $756.5 million, up 7% from $708.6 million a year earlier, marking its sixth straight quarter of top-line growth. Total revenue rose to $764.6 million from $715.5 million.
Estimated remaining fees under existing contracts increased 14% to $1.915 billion from $1.674 billion, while new business climbed to $832.3 million from $742.2 million. Fee-earner new business productivity rose to $1.84 million from $1.61 million.
Net income attributable to Korn Ferry increased to $69.0 million from $66.6 million. Diluted earnings per share rose to $1.32 from $1.26, and adjusted diluted EPS increased to $1.43 from $1.31. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $128.2 million, up from $120.4 million.
By region, the Americas generated fee revenue of $442.1 million, up 9% from $404.1 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $116.4 million versus $100.7 million. EMEA fee revenue rose 4% to $227.7 million from $219.0 million, with adjusted EBITDA edging up to $37.3 million from $35.7 million. APAC fee revenue increased 1% to $86.7 million from $85.5 million, while adjusted EBITDA slipped to $19.2 million from $19.8 million.
Within the Americas, estimated remaining fees jumped to $1.042 billion from $875.1 million, and new business rose to $465.7 million from $404.1 million. In EMEA, estimated remaining fees increased to $646.9 million from $572.5 million, and new business rose to $251.7 million from $227.3 million. In APAC, estimated remaining fees were essentially flat at $226.0 million versus $226.6 million, while new business increased to $114.9 million from $110.7 million.
