Flex said Amy B. Schwetz will join as chief financial officer on Oct. 5, 2026, and is expected to remain CFO after the company separates its cloud and power infrastructure segment.
The company also laid out the board lineup for both businesses after the split, including four new director appointments.
For Flex, George R. Oliver and Brian Yoor were named as new directors. Oliver will join the board on Sept. 24, 2026, and Yoor is expected to join when the separation closes. Oliver, former chair and CEO of Johnson Controls, will stay on the Flex board after the split. Yoor, former CFO of Abbott Laboratories, will also remain with Flex after separation.
For Axiom Solutions International, the future independent company, Mark Eubanks and David Johnson were named as new directors. Eubanks, CEO and a director of Brink’s, will join the board on Sept. 24, 2026 and then transition to Axiom’s board after the separation. Johnson, CFO of Corteva, is expected to join Axiom’s board at closing.
The post-separation Flex board is expected to have eight members: Revathi Advaithi, Michael Hartung, John D. Harris II, Erin L. McSweeney, Lay Koon Tan, Patrick J. Ward, George R. Oliver and Brian Yoor.
The post-separation Axiom board is expected to have seven members: William D. Watkins, Revathi Advaithi, Michael E. Hurlston, Charles K. Stevens III, Maryrose Sylvester, Mark Eubanks and David Johnson.
