The new directors are Bénédicte Epinay and Valérie Hermann. Hermann has been director of luxury investments at Groupe Epi since March 2020 and previously held senior posts at Ralph Lauren, Reed Krakoff/Coach Group, Saint Laurent, and Dior.

Seven incumbent directors were re-elected: Jean Madar, Philippe Benacin, Michel Atwood, Hervé Bouillonnec, François Heilbronn, Robert Bensoussan, and Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne. Four directors — Philippe Santi, Veronique Gabai-Pinsky, Gilbert Harrison, and Gerard Kappauf — did not stand for re-election.
