JLL Appoints Paul Morgan as COO

JLL appointed Paul Morgan as chief operating officer, a newly created role that puts him on the company’s Global Executive Board and places enterprise-wide operations under one global function.

Morgan will report directly to CEO Christian Ulbrich and help execute Accelerate 2030, JLL’s long-term strategy. The company said the move is intended to centralize operational expertise across the firm and improve consistency, speed and scale in delivery.

Ulbrich said the appointment follows years of unifying JLL’s business lines and corporate functions, a process he said has supported stronger financial performance at both the top and bottom line.

Morgan previously served as COO of Real Estate Management Services at JLL and earlier was global CEO of Workplace Management, overseeing more than 53,000 professionals in 80 countries. He joined JLL in 2016 after 18 years at Johnson Controls.

JLL said it had annual revenue of $26.1 billion, operations in more than 80 countries and a global workforce of more than 112,000 as of June 30, 2026. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved 1.02%, and are now trading at a price of $344.51. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
