JLL appointed Paul Morgan as chief operating officer, a newly created role that puts him on the company’s Global Executive Board and reports directly to CEO Christian Ulbrich. The move is part of JLL’s Accelerate 2030 strategy, which is centered on consolidating enterprise-wide operations into a single global function.
Ulbrich said the company’s recent unification of business lines and corporate functions has already helped drive stronger financial performance at both the top and bottom line. Morgan said the goal is to have “the right work being done by the right people at the right time,” so teams can focus on client outcomes.
Morgan previously served as chief operating officer of Real Estate Management Services at JLL and earlier led Workplace Management globally, overseeing more than 53,000 professionals across 80 countries. He joined JLL in 2016 after 18 years at Johnson Controls.
JLL said it had annual revenue of $26.1 billion, operations in more than 80 countries and a global workforce of more than 112,000 as of June 30, 2026.
