AMT Appoints Kristen M. Ludgate as Director

American Tower said its board elected Kristen M. Ludgate as a director and declared a quarterly cash distribution of $1.79 per share.

Ludgate most recently served as chief people officer at HP from 2021 to 2025. Before that, she spent more than 15 years at 3M, including roles as executive vice president and chief human resources officer and senior vice president of communications and enterprise services.

The appointment adds a director with experience in governance, risk management, talent strategy and enterprise transformation. Ludgate currently sits on the board of Associated Banc-Corp, where she chairs the compensation and benefits committee, and previously served on the board of OpenText.

The new dividend matches the company’s stated quarterly payout of $1.79 per share. It is payable on October 20, 2026 to stockholders of record on September 30, 2026.

American Tower said it owns, operates and develops more than 148,000 communications sites and has a connected footprint of U.S. data center facilities.
