American Tower Corp Appoints Kristen M. Ludgate to Board, Maintains Quarterly Cash Distribution

American Tower named Kristen M. Ludgate to its board of directors and kept its quarterly cash distribution at $1.79 per share.

Ludgate most recently served as chief people officer at HP from 2021 to 2025, where she oversaw culture, talent and organizational strategy. Before that, she spent more than 15 years at 3M, including roles as executive vice president and chief human resources officer and senior vice president of communications and enterprise services.

The company said Ludgate has experience in governance, risk management, talent strategy and enterprise transformation. She currently sits on the board of Associated Banc-Corp, where she chairs the compensation and benefits committee, and previously served on the board of OpenText.

American Tower’s board also declared a quarterly cash distribution of $1.79 per share, payable Oct. 20, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business Sept. 30, 2026.

The company said it has a portfolio of more than 148,000 communications sites and a footprint of U.S. data center facilities. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -0.33% to a price of $175.01. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
