Interparfums has extended its exclusive worldwide fragrance license for Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli by 20 years, keeping the partnership in place through December 31, 2046.
The company said it has managed the Cavalli license since 2023 and has used that period to expand the brand’s fragrance lineup. Interparfums said it introduced new extensions and collections tied to existing pillars including Uomo, Just Cavalli and Marbleous, and broadened the brand’s reach in both women’s and men’s markets.
In 2025, Interparfums launched Serpentine, which it described as its first blockbuster for the brand. The company said the launch “exceeded our expectations” and helped open new opportunities in key markets around the world.
Interparfums said Roberto Cavalli has become one of the fastest-growing brands in its portfolio, with gains in shelf space and consumer attention across major markets.
The Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli fragrance lines will continue to be run through Interparfums Italia Srl, the company’s wholly owned Italian subsidiary. Interparfums said that subsidiary is based in Florence with management in Paris.
Interparfums said its licensed portfolio now includes 20 brands, among them Coach, Jimmy Choo, Lacoste, Moncler, Montblanc, Oscar de la Renta and Van Cleef & Arpels, with products sold in more than 120 countries. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -0.34% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $110.36.
