Morningstar Declares Unchanged Dividend of 50 Cents

Morningstar’s board declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share, unchanged from the dividend paid in July.

The dividend will be paid Oct. 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of Oct. 2, 2026. Morningstar’s announcement did not include any change in the payout amount, making this a flat quarter-over-quarter move on the dividend itself.

The company said it had approximately $375 billion in assets under management and advisement as of June 30, 2026, and operates through wholly owned subsidiaries in 32 countries.
