BitMine Immersion Tech's Holdings Reach $17.1 Billion

BitMine Immersion Technologies said its crypto, cash and “moonshot” holdings reached $17.1 billion as of Sept. 20, 2026, up from a lower prior total that was not specified in the release.

The company said it held 5,983,940 ether tokens, valued at $2,688 per ETH, plus 212 bitcoin, $714 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries and a $105 million stake in Eightco Holdings. BitMine said its ETH holdings represented 4.9% of the total ether supply of 122.1 million tokens, putting it 98% of the way to its stated 5% target.

BitMine also said it had 5,067,309 staked ETH, worth $13.6 billion at the stated ether price. That means roughly 84.7% of its ETH holdings were staked. The company said its staking operations generated a 7-day yield of 2.62%, and it now projects annualized staking revenues of $357 million. It also said projected staking rewards would reach $421 million annually when all ETH is fully staked through its Mavan platform and partners.

During the past week, BitMine said it bought 27,562 ETH. Since launching its ETH treasury strategy on June 30, 2025, it said it has bought ETH every week.

BitMine said its stock traded at an average daily dollar volume of $1.2 billion on a 5-day average as of Sept. 18, 2026, ranking 100th among U.S.-listed stocks. It said it was added to the Russell 1000 on June 26, 2026.

The company also said ETH was outperforming the S&P 500 by 6,519 basis points quarter to date in the third quarter of 2026. Today the company's shares have moved 5.08% to a price of $27.31. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
