Curtiss-Wright Appoints Kevin Rayment as CEO

Curtiss-Wright said chief operating officer Kevin M. Rayment will become president and chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2027, replacing Lynn M. Bamford, who will retire as CEO and move to executive chair after six years in the top job.

Bamford has been with the company for 22 years. During her six-year tenure as chief executive, Curtiss-Wright said it delivered record results in sales, profitability, new orders, backlog and free cash flow. The company also returned $1.7 billion to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends.

Rayment, who has been with Curtiss-Wright since 2004, has served as chief operating officer since 2021. He also previously led the former commercial/industrial segment, where he oversaw strategy, new product development, global operations, financial performance and acquisitions.

Curtiss-Wright said Rayment has 35 years of experience across aerospace and defense, commercial nuclear and industrial markets. He will join the board of directors when he becomes CEO.

The company said it employs about 9,200 people. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -2.71% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $552.64. For the full picture, make sure to review CURTISS WRIGHT CORP's 8-K report.
