News Corporation reported continued share repurchases under its 2025 Repurchase Program, with the company saying it has bought back about US$488.5 million of stock to date from an authorized US$1 billion program.
On the latest reported day, News Corp bought back 58,482 shares for US$1.74 million. That followed a much larger prior-day tally of 12.18 million shares repurchased for US$318.2 million.
The company’s total on the buyback program now stands at roughly US$488.5 million, leaving about US$511.5 million still available under the authorization.
Across the program, the highest price paid for shares was US$31.58, recorded on 27 August 2026, while the lowest price paid was US$22.20 on 9 February 2026.
The repurchases cover Nasdaq-listed Class A and Class B common stock. News Corp said no ASX-listed CDIs are included in the program.
