Apogee Enterprises has completed its acquisition of SIA “Groglass” in a deal valued at up to about $71.8 million at current exchange rates, including contingent earnout consideration.

The transaction closed after customary closing conditions were met. Apogee said Groglass adds premium anti-reflective coating technology and expands its performance surfaces portfolio.

Groglass is based in Riga, Latvia, and specializes in high-performance glass surface solutions for display, architectural, and technical uses. Its products are used in end markets including museums, electronics, and architectural design.

Apogee said the acquisition is intended to support growth in existing and new markets and strengthen its innovation capabilities.
