Corcept Therapeutics Announces Division President Change

Corcept Therapeutics said Sean Maduck will retire as president of its endocrinology division, and Justin Gunn will take over the role on Oct. 1.

Maduck has spent 14 years at the company and will stay on as a senior commercial advisor during the transition.

Gunn joined Corcept in July 2024 as vice president of sales and commercial learning for the oncology division. In that role, he built a new field sales and training organization to support the launch of Lifyorli, Corcept’s treatment for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.

Before Corcept, Gunn spent nearly 18 years at Gilead Sciences, where he led commercial sales teams across cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, oncology and virology. He also held earlier marketing and sales roles at Merck and Sepracor. Today the company's shares have moved 0.32% to a price of $117.885. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
