News Corporation said it had bought back 12,238,906 shares before the previous day and another 58,482 shares on the previous day under its 2025 repurchase program.
The company said it paid US$319,950,095.99 for the larger batch and US$1,715,785.85 for the smaller one.
That takes total spending under the program to about US$491.1 million, leaving roughly US$508.9 million of the authorized US$1 billion still available for repurchases.
The highest price paid so far was US$31.58 a share, reached on 27 August 2026, while the lowest was US$22.20, hit on 9 February 2026. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -1.97% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $28.675.
