Cullinan Therapeutics Set to Unveil Three Pipeline Updates in Q4 2026

Cullinan Therapeutics said it will deliver three pipeline updates in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the most immediate readout coming in November and two additional data updates slated for December.

The company said velinotamig, its BCMA T-cell engager, will be featured first, with multi-dose regimen data from the ongoing phase 1 dose-escalation study in systemic lupus erythematosus presented at ACR Convergence 2026 on Nov. 8.

In December, Cullinan plans to release multi-dose and single-target-dose regimen data for CLN-978, its CD19 T-cell engager, across three autoimmune diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and Sjögren’s disease. The company said this will be its most comprehensive clinical data set to date for a CD19 T-cell engager.

Also in December, Cullinan expects updated data for CLN-049, its FLT3 T-cell engager, from the dose-escalation portion of the phase 1 study in relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia. The company said the update will include longer follow-up in a broad all-comer population.

Cullinan said it is advancing CLN-978 and velinotamig in autoimmune diseases and CLN-049 in AML, with plans to move CLN-049 into a potentially registrational phase 2 study after a recent meeting with the FDA. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -22.15% to a price of $16.87. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
