Commvault appoints David Morton as new board member and chairperson

Commvault appointed David Morton to its board of directors, effective immediately, and named him chairperson of the operating committee.

Morton is currently executive vice president and chief financial officer of Intapp. He has also held senior financial leadership roles at DigiCert, Anaplan and Seagate Technology.
