EOG Resources said Ann D. Janssen will retire after more than 30 years with the company, with Jeffrey W. “Jeff” Hibbard set to take over as executive vice president and chief financial officer on Jan. 1, 2027.
Janssen has been CFO since January 2024 and previously served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer. She joined a predecessor company in 1995.
Hibbard has been EOG’s senior vice president, finance, since August 2025. Before joining EOG, he spent more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as a managing director in the bank’s Global Energy Group.
