Fifth Third Bancorp Redeems $500M Senior Notes

Fifth Third Bancorp said it has moved to redeem all $500 million of its 1.707% fixed rate/floating rate senior notes due 2027.

The notes, issued in the principal amount of $500 million, are scheduled to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2026. Fifth Third said holders will receive 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest through, but excluding, the redemption date.
