TransUnion said Chief Financial Officer Todd Cello will step down on Dec. 31, 2026, after 29 years with the company, including nine years as CFO. He will remain as a full-time adviser until March 1, 2027.
The company said it has started a search for his successor with an executive search firm.
TransUnion also said it is reaffirming its third-quarter and full-year 2026 guidance for revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted diluted earnings per share. The company said the planned CFO change is not expected to affect operations, strategic priorities, long-term financial targets, or capital allocation.
CEO Chris Cartwright said Cello has guided the company through “many of our defining moments,” while Cello said he believes now is the right time to move to his next chapter and will help with the transition and onboarding of his successor. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved -1.28%, and are now trading at a price of $70.95. For the full picture, make sure to review TransUnion's 8-K report.
