Vertiv said it has agreed to buy King Environmental Services Ltd., a Europe-based provider of fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centers and other applications, in a move that extends its thermal services footprint into Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The acquisition builds on Vertiv’s North American fluid management push, which included the December 2025 purchase of Purgerite. With KES, Vertiv is adding European execution capacity and specialized load-testing expertise to a platform it says now covers the full thermal chain from system preparation through lifecycle optimization.
KES is headquartered near Dublin and serves customers across EMEA. Its services include fluid-system preparation, flushing, filtration, water treatment, commissioning and performance validation, along with thermal load testing for liquid-cooling infrastructure and electrical load testing for critical power systems.
Vertiv said the deal is intended to give customers a single partner for commissioning, testing, fluid management and ongoing operations, while also improving cooling performance and readiness for AI and high-density environments. The company said the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
