ACNB Corporation to Rebrand Traditions Divisions

ACNB Corporation said it will rebrand its Traditions Bank division in York County, Pa., and its Traditions Mortgage division across all markets under the ACNB name in the first quarter of 2027.

Traditions Bank will become ACNB Bank in York County, while Traditions Mortgage will become ACNB Mortgage. The company said the change will end use of the Traditions Bank and Traditions Mortgage names, but will not alter ownership, operations, customer relationships, account numbers or existing banking relationships.

The rebrand follows ACNB’s February 1, 2025 acquisition of Traditions Bancorp and its subsidiary, Traditions Bank. After that deal, ACNB Bank had operated its York and Lancaster county banking offices as Traditions Bank, a division of ACNB Bank, and its mortgage business as Traditions Mortgage, a division of ACNB Bank. ACNB said it recently rebranded its Lancaster County banking locations from Traditions Bank to ACNB Bank.

ACNB said the company is a $3.23 billion financial holding company. Its banking subsidiary operates 33 community banking offices and one limited purpose office across Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster and York counties in Pennsylvania and Baltimore, Carroll and Frederick counties in Maryland. ACNB Insurance Services operates in 46 states. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 0.91% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $63.44.
