CleanSpark said it closed $2.276 billion of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2031 through its wholly owned subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, LLC.
The company did not disclose a prior debt balance in the release, so the clearest change from the last reported financing update is the addition of $2.276 billion in new senior secured notes. The notes carry a 7.875% coupon and mature in 2031.
CleanSpark said the financing was completed on September 25, 2026. The company described the capital raise as part of its broader infrastructure strategy, noting that it controls more than 1.8 gigawatts of power, land and data centers across the United States. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved -1.38%, and are now trading at a price of $14.26. For the full picture, make sure to review CLEANSPARK, INC.'s 8-K report.
