New Director Appointed to Pool Corp Board

Pool Corporation appointed Jean-Marc Germain to its board of directors, effective September 30, 2026. He will serve until the 2027 annual meeting, when he will stand for election by shareholders.

The appointment brings the board to nine directors.

Germain most recently served as chief executive officer of Constellium SE from 2016 to 2025 and now serves as special advisor to that company’s board. Before Constellium, he was president and chief executive officer of Algeco Scotsman Global from 2012 to 2016. He has also held leadership roles at Novelis, Alcan, Pechiney, GE Capital and Bain & Co.

Since 2021, Germain has also been an independent director of Graftech International Ltd.
