CleanSpark said it has closed a $2.276 billion offering of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2031 through its subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, LLC.
The company did not disclose a prior debt raise in the release, so there is no period-over-period comparison for the financing amount. The new notes mature in 2031 and carry a stated coupon of 7.875%.
CleanSpark said the proceeds are tied to its broader data center and power portfolio, which it described as exceeding 1.8 gigawatts of power, land and data centers across the U.S. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -1.38% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $14.26.
