POOL Corp Adds Jean-Marc Germain to Board

Pool Corporation has added Jean-Marc Germain to its board of directors, expanding the board to nine members. His appointment becomes effective September 30, 2026, and he will serve until the 2027 annual meeting, when he will stand for election by shareholders.

Germain is the former chief executive officer of Constellium SE, where he led the company from 2016 through 2025. He is currently a special advisor to Constellium’s board. Before that, he was president and chief executive officer of Algeco Scotsman Global from 2012 to 2016. His earlier career included leadership roles at Novelis, Alcan, Pechiney, GE Capital and Bain & Co.

He has also served on the board of GrafTech International Ltd. since 2021.

Pool’s executive chair, John E. Stokely, highlighted Germain’s experience leading global industrial businesses and noted his public company board background as part of the rationale for the appointment.
