Vestis named Russell Tiejema as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Sept. 28, 2026, replacing interim CFO Adam K. Bowen, who has held the role since Dec. 16, 2025 and plans to stay through the end of October.
Tiejema arrives after nearly nine years as CFO of Masonite International and most recently served as CFO of US LBM. Earlier in his career, he spent more than four years at Lennox International and more than 20 years at General Motors in finance and operational roles.
The company said Bowen’s tenure helped advance several operating changes, including improved pricing execution, higher free cash flow conversion to strengthen the balance sheet, and the outsourcing of corporate support functions.
Vestis also said it is reaffirming its full-year fiscal 2026 outlook, unchanged from the update it gave in its third-quarter earnings release on Aug. 11, 2026. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -1.37% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $13.65. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
