ACM Research’s Shanghai operating subsidiary ended September 29, 2026 with RMB 17.1 billion in backlog, or about $2.5 billion, up 88.2% from the prior year’s disclosed backlog.
The company said the backlog includes orders for tools already shipped but not yet recognized as revenue, as well as orders scheduled to ship later. It also noted that the backlog figure was translated into U.S. dollars using the September 29, 2026 Wall Street Journal closing exchange rate.
ACM Shanghai plans to release its full results for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 on October 28, 2026 after the close in China. ACM will also report preliminary nine-month results in the U.S. that same day before the market opens. The company said its full third-quarter 2026 results and conference call will follow in early November.
