Albertsons Adds Three New Directors

Albertsons Companies is expanding its board from 11 to 14 members with the appointment of three new directors effective Oct. 14, 2026.

The new additions are Bill Boltz, Chris Drumgoole and Meg Ham. The move follows the recent appointment of Meg Whitman as executive chair.

Boltz is currently executive vice president of merchandising at Lowe’s, where he oversees merchandising, global sourcing, private brands, product development and omnichannel strategy across more than 1,700 stores and digital platforms. He has more than four decades of experience, including senior roles at Lowe’s, Home Depot, Sears and Chevron North America.

Drumgoole is chief operating officer of Aligned Data Centers. He previously led global infrastructure services at DXC Technology and served as chief information officer at General Electric. His background includes technology operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and AI-driven transformation.

Ham most recently served as president of Food Lion, a $22 billion grocery business with more than 1,100 stores. During her tenure, Food Lion posted 50 consecutive quarters of comparable-store sales growth. She also led merchandising strategy, supply chain optimization and omnichannel development.
