Cardinal Health said it has signed a binding letter of intent to extend its pharmaceutical distribution agreement with CVS Health through June 30, 2032, keeping the current scope of distribution services in place.
The company also reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 non-GAAP EPS outlook at 13% to 15% growth, or $12.40 to $12.60 a share. That guidance implies a lift from adjusted fiscal 2026 results, which Cardinal said excluded the benefit of an IEEPA tariff refund.
Cardinal said it expects to provide additional updates on the deal and its financial outlook during its first-quarter earnings call on Nov. 5, 2026. Today the company's shares have moved -0.63% to a price of $222.50. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
