Horizon Bancorp to Report Q3 2026 Results

Horizon Bancorp said it will report third-quarter 2026 results after markets close on Oct. 21 and hold a conference call the next morning, Oct. 22 at 7:30 a.m. CT.

The company did not release operating results in the announcement, but it did update its asset base: Horizon said it had $6.6 billion in assets as of June 30, 2026. It also said commercial lending accounted for more than half of total loans.

Horizon said the earnings release will follow the close on Oct. 21, with the call to review the quarter set for Oct. 22. The replay will be available for one month after the call, through Nov. 22, 2026. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -0.16% to a price of $18.83.
