Tesla said it produced 464,391 vehicles in the third quarter of 2026 and delivered 486,532, with deliveries running ahead of production by 22,141 units.
Model 3/Y accounted for nearly all of the volume. Production of those vehicles reached 457,387, while deliveries came to 478,237. That means Model 3/Y made up 98.5% of total production and 98.3% of total deliveries in the quarter.
Other Models were a much smaller slice of the business, with 7,004 produced and 8,295 delivered. Those vehicles represented 1.5% of production and 1.7% of deliveries.
Tesla also said it deployed 13.7 GWh of energy storage products in the quarter.
The company added that these results will be followed by its third-quarter financial report on Oct. 21, when it will release earnings and discuss the quarter’s business performance.
