CECO Environmental Corp Moves Primary Stock Listing to Texas Stock Exchange

CECO Environmental said its board approved moving the company’s primary stock listing from Nasdaq to the Texas Stock Exchange, with the common stock expected to stop trading on Nasdaq at the close of market on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, and begin trading on TXSE on Monday, Oct. 19, 2026.

The shares will continue to trade under the ticker CECO and keep the same CUSIP.

The company said the move does not change its operations, financial condition, reporting obligations, or stockholders’ rights. It also said shareholders do not need to take any action.

CEO Todd Gleason framed the move as a continuation of the company’s multi-year transformation, saying CECO has been diversifying its portfolio while delivering “high-performance financial results and shareholder returns.” He said the company’s Texas ties include its global headquarters in Addison and a large employee base in the state.

TXSE chairman and CEO James H. Lee said CECO will be the first industrial company to make TXSE its primary listing. Today the company's shares have moved 2.49% to a price of $73.66. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
