International Bancshares Corp. said it will move its primary stock listing from Nasdaq to the Texas Stock Exchange, with shares expected to begin trading on the TXSE at the open on Oct. 19, 2026, under the same ticker, IBOC. Nasdaq trading is set to continue until the close on Oct. 16.
The company said the move reflects its Texas roots and long operating history in the state. IBC was founded in Laredo in 1966 with less than $1 million in assets and has grown to about $17.0 billion in consolidated assets.
IBC said it serves 75 communities across Texas and Oklahoma through five subsidiary banks. Its banking network includes 165 facilities and 245 ATMs across north, south, central and southeast Texas and Oklahoma.
The company also said its flagship bank was founded in Laredo in 1966, and that the exchange switch will not require any action from shareholders.
IBC plans to mark the listing change with a closing-bell ceremony in Houston on Dec. 7, 2026. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -0.5% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $69.49. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
