WSFS Financial Corp Appoints New Executives

WSFS Financial Corporation named Charles “Chuck” Mosher executive vice president and chief audit executive, elevated Lisa Washington to executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, and appointed Michael Thompson senior vice president and interim chief accounting officer.

Mosher has been with WSFS for more than 25 years and most recently served as interim chief auditor. Before that, he was senior vice president and chief accounting officer. In his new role, he will lead internal audit and report to David Turner, chair of the audit committee, and Rodger Levenson, chairman, president and chief executive officer.

Thompson, who has nearly 30 years of banking experience, succeeds Mosher as interim chief accounting officer. He joined WSFS through the Bryn Mawr Trust acquisition and previously served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of the banking division at Bryn Mawr Trust, after six years as CFO and four years as chief accounting officer at Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania.

Washington, who joined WSFS in 2019, had been senior vice president and chief legal officer and took on the corporate secretary role in 2023. She will continue leading the legal department and advising the board and executive team.

WSFS said its balance sheet assets stood at $22.7 billion as of June 30, 2026, while assets under management and administration reached $101.7 billion. The company operated 114 offices, including 87 banking offices, across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Florida, Nevada and Virginia.
