Enerpac Tool Group expanded its board from eight to nine directors and elected Charles T. Lauber effective Oct. 8, 2026.
Lauber arrives with more than 40 years of finance and strategy experience, including a seven-year run as executive vice president and chief financial officer of A. O. Smith from 2019 to 2026. Before that, he spent 15 years at Ernst & Young, where he rose to senior manager.
He currently serves on the board of H.B. Fuller, where he sits on the Audit Committee and the Personnel & Compensation Committee.
Enerpac Chairman Jim Ferland said the company is adding Lauber for his financial leadership, strategic insight and public company governance experience.
Enerpac, founded in 1910 and based in Milwaukee, serves customers in more than 100 countries with industrial tools, services, technology and solutions for heavy industrial applications.
