FS KKR Capital Corp Declares $0.64 Quarterly Payout

FS KKR Capital Corp. said its board declared a fourth-quarter 2026 distribution of $0.44 per share, payable on or about Dec. 24 to stockholders of record as of Dec. 16.

The company also approved a special distribution of $0.20 per share, payable on or about Dec. 15 to holders of record as of Dec. 1. Together, the two payouts total $0.64 per share for the quarter.

FSK said the special payment represents part of its estimated accumulated spillback income.

The company also set its third-quarter 2026 earnings timetable. It plans to report results before the New York Stock Exchange opens on Nov. 5 and will hold a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Eastern that day.
