Live Nation Entertainment priced a $1.33 billion senior notes offering, split between $730 million of U.S. dollar notes and €600 million of euro notes, both due 2032.
The U.S. dollar notes will carry a 7.125% coupon and were priced at par, or 100.000% of face value. The euro notes will carry a 6.125% coupon and were also priced at par.
The company said it expects to close the offering on Oct. 15, 2026. Proceeds are earmarked first for the full redemption of its outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027. After that, Live Nation plans to use remaining funds for fees and expenses tied to the deal and for general corporate purposes, including possible repayment or repurchase of other debt.
The new notes will replace shorter-dated debt with securities maturing five years later, extending the company’s debt profile from 2027 to 2032. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 0.29% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $171.34. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
