Integra Lifesciences Holdings priced $450 million of senior secured notes due 2033 at 9.500%, setting up a refinancing of its existing credit facilities.
The company said the notes are expected to close on or about Oct. 19, 2026. Integra plans to pair the bond proceeds with borrowings from a new credit facility to refinance its current debt and cover related fees and expenses.
The new notes will sit as general senior secured obligations of Integra and will be guaranteed by the company’s wholly owned domestic subsidiaries that already back its senior secured credit facilities.
The transaction marks a broader refinancing move for the Princeton, N.J.-based medical technology company, which said the offering is part of a larger capital structure reset. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 3.15% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $13.41. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
