Live Nation Entertainment priced a $1.33 billion senior notes offering split between two tranches due 2032: $730 million of 7.125% notes and €600 million of 6.125% notes.
Both tranches were priced at 100.000% of face value. The company said the notes are scheduled to close on Oct. 15, 2026.
The new debt will be used first to redeem in full Live Nation’s outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027. After that, proceeds will also cover fees and expenses tied to the offering, with any remaining funds earmarked for general corporate purposes, including possible repayment or repurchase of other debt.
Compared with the notes being refinanced, the U.S. dollar tranche carries a higher coupon, rising from 6.500% on the 2027 notes to 7.125% on the new 2032 notes. The euro tranche was issued at 6.125%. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 0.29% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $171.34.
