Pebblebrook Hotel Trust completed the sale of Hotel Zags in Portland, Oregon, for $10.0 million on October 8, 2026.
The 174-room hotel had been running at an estimated net operating loss of $0.8 million over the trailing 12 months ended August 31, 2026. Its estimated EBITDA for that same period was a loss of $0.6 million.
Pebblebrook said the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential repurchases of common or preferred shares and other capital allocation priorities. The company said the transaction is not expected to affect its third-quarter 2026 outlook. It will be reflected in fourth-quarter results and in the updated full-year 2026 outlook.
Pebblebrook now owns 42 hotels totaling about 10,800 guest rooms across 14 urban and resort markets.
