Integra Lifesciences Holdings said it priced $450 million of senior secured notes due 2033 at 9.500%.
The company said the notes are expected to close on or about October 19, 2026. Proceeds, together with borrowings under a new credit facility, will be used to refinance existing credit facilities and cover related fees and expenses.
The new debt adds a long-dated layer to the balance sheet: the notes mature in 2033 and carry a fixed 9.500% coupon. The company described the issuance as part of a broader refinancing transaction. Today the company's shares have moved 0.22% to a price of $13.44. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
