Live Nation Entertainment priced a $1.33 billion senior notes offering split between two tranches due 2032.
The company sold $730 million of 7.125% senior notes in U.S. dollars and €600 million of 6.125% senior notes in euros. Both tranches were priced at 100.000% of face value.
The new notes will close on October 15, 2026. Live Nation said it plans to use the proceeds to redeem its entire $730 million of 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027, pay offering-related fees and expenses, and cover general corporate purposes, including possible debt repayment or repurchases.
The refinancing replaces debt due in 2027 with debt due in 2032, while the company locks in a 7.125% dollar coupon and a 6.125% euro coupon on the new securities. Today the company's shares have moved -0.59% to a price of $170.33. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
