Tenable Holdings said it has closed a new $400 million senior secured revolving credit facility, replacing its prior revolving credit line that matured in July.
The new facility is initially undrawn. It matures on Oct. 13, 2031, five years from the effective date, with a springing maturity that can come 91 days before the maturity of other material debt, subject to certain exceptions and limitations.
The company said the new revolver, together with a previously announced convertible note financing in September, completes the refinancing of its prior credit agreement, including the term loan B facility that had been outstanding before the transaction. Tenable did not disclose any borrowings under the new facility at closing.
The company said the new credit line is intended to provide additional flexibility for capital allocation. Today the company's shares have moved -1.97% to a price of $40.77. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
