Verra Mobility said Chief Financial Officer Craig Conti will step down effective Nov. 4, 2026, as he leaves to take a role at a private company outside the mobility industry. The company said it has started a permanent search with Spencer Stuart and expects to name an interim CFO in the meantime.
The departure comes with no change to the company’s operating or financial posture, and Verra Mobility reiterated its full-year 2026 outlook that it first gave on Aug. 5, 2026.
The company also set a date for its next earnings update: third-quarter 2026 results will be released before the market opens on Oct. 30, 2026. Verra Mobility said it will not hold a conference call for that report, citing the leadership transition, and expects to resume its regular quarterly call format with fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results.
In the announcement, interim President and CEO Jon Keyser thanked Conti for his leadership and said the company wishes him well in his next role. Today the company's shares have moved -2.33% to a price of $2.94. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
