Terex said it will report third-quarter 2026 financial results on Oct. 28, setting up a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time.
Chief Executive Simon Meester and Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Kong-Picarello will host the call. The company said the results will be released before the market opens that morning.
The announcement follows Terex’s second-quarter 2026 report, which showed the company’s net sales rose 2.8% year over year to $1.49 billion from $1.45 billion. Adjusted net sales increased 2.7% to $1.49 billion from $1.45 billion a year earlier.
Profitability improved more sharply: net income climbed to $95.7 million from $73.9 million, a gain of 29.5%. Adjusted net income rose to $99.0 million from $76.1 million, up 30.1%.
Earnings per share also moved higher. Diluted EPS increased to $1.42 from $1.09, while adjusted diluted EPS rose to $1.46 from $1.12.
Terex’s adjusted operating profit advanced to $155.7 million from $132.4 million, lifting the adjusted operating margin to 10.5% from 9.1%.
Cash generation weakened, however. Cash provided by operating activities fell to $8.5 million from $94.0 million, and free cash flow dropped to negative $2.4 million from positive $84.6 million.
The company ended the quarter with cash and cash equivalents of $255.5 million, up from $194.2 million at the end of the prior quarter. Total debt increased to $1.61 billion from $1.53 billion, while net debt rose to $1.35 billion from $1.33 billion. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 0.84% to a price of $52.65. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
