Booz Allen Hamilton Appoints New CFO and President

Booz Allen Hamilton is reshuffling its top ranks as it prepares for its next phase of growth, appointing Troy Lahr as chief financial officer and elevating Kristine Martin Anderson to president.

Lahr, who most recently served as CFO at Sierra Space, will take over as executive vice president and CFO on May 4. He previously ran Boeing’s $27 billion Defense, Space & Security unit as CFO and has also held roles in investor relations, controllership and mergers and acquisitions.

Anderson, Booz Allen’s chief operating officer since 2022, will add the president title on May 1. She has also been acting CFO since February 2026. Booz Allen said she has spent 20 years with the company and previously led its Civil Sector business.

The company also said Shannon Fitzgerald, currently executive vice president and chief strategy officer, will become president of the Civil Sector on May 1. Richard Crowe, who had been president of the Civil Sector, will shift to chief growth officer.

Booz Allen said the leadership changes are aimed at strengthening its position in advanced technology markets. The company reported approximately 31,600 employees globally as of Dec. 31, 2025, and revenue of $12.0 billion for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025.
