Pagaya Technologies Ltd. ("Pagaya") has announced the appointment of two new independent directors to its board of directors * Asheet Mehta and Alison Davis. Mehta, a former senior partner at McKinsey & Company, brings over 30 years of financial services and banking experience to the board, having led the financial services practice in the Americas and globally. He has extensive experience in serving clients such as fintech, credit card companies, universal banks, retail banks, insurance, as well as wealth and asset managers. On the other hand, Davis, who has over 30 years of experience, currently serves as chairman and managing partner of Blockchain Coinvestors, a leading blockchain venture fund with over 80 blockchain unicorns. She also served as the CFO of Barclays Global Investors and currently serves on the board of Kraken.
With the appointments of Mehta and Davis, current directors Mircea Ungureanu and Nicole Torraco will step down from Pagaya's board of directors. Gal Krubiner, co-founder and CEO of Pagaya, expressed gratitude for Ungureanu's guidance during the company's transition from a private to a public entity and looks forward to Torraco's continued involvement with Pagaya on the advisory board.
