Alcoa Announces Cash Tender Offer

Alcoa Corporation has announced the consideration for a cash tender offer for any and all outstanding 5.500% senior unsecured notes due 2027. The offer is made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the offer to purchase dated March 3, 2025.

The offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, today (the "Any and All Expiration Date"). The settlement date is expected to be on March 19, 2025 (the "Any and All Settlement Date").

The completion of the offer is conditioned on the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions described in the offer to purchase, including the financing condition. Anhbv has the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or terminate the offer at any time.
