Aris Water Solutions Upsizes Senior Notes Offering

Aris Water Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: ARIS) has successfully priced an upsized offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.250% senior notes due 2030. This is an increase from the original offering size of $400 million. The notes will be issued at par and are expected to close on March 25, 2025.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for several purposes. These include redeeming all of its outstanding 7.625% senior notes due 2026 at par, repaying all outstanding borrowings under the issuer’s credit facility, and for general corporate purposes.
