FMC Corp. Elects Anthony DiSilvestro to Board

FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) has announced the election of Anthony DiSilvestro to its Board of Directors, effective December 12, 2024. DiSilvestro will serve on the Audit and Compensation and Human Capital Committees, bringing with him over 40 years of broad financial experience in multi-billion dollar companies.

DiSilvestro, currently the chief financial officer of Mattel Inc., played a pivotal role in the successful financial turnaround of the company. Prior to his role at Mattel, he held various senior leadership positions at Campbell Soup Company, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Pierre Brondeau, FMC chairman and chief executive officer, expressed his satisfaction with the new addition, highlighting DiSilvestro's extensive experience in leading large transformations, developing and executing corporate strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership teams.
